In this course, you can take the radical and empowering path of taking birth back into the hands of the woman and prepare for this rite of passage. Learn how to heal past generational trauma; change your thoughts, beliefs and emotions around birth; and care for your physical body and soul. The course includes mindfulness and awareness practices, yoga exercises, as well as natural and alternative methods of preparation, technical information about birth and postpartum.

Conscious Pregnancy

Conscious pregnancy is a process of self-awareness, mindfulness, female empowerment and deep connection. A conscious preparation to welcome your baby into the world is a journey that takes you deep within. This internal excavation process invites you to connect with your own wisdom, to increase awareness of your body and to trust it.

The path of connecting with your child in spirit form and manifesting their arrival with intention can result in the most amazing experiences. These precious gifts seed the foundation of a richly intuitive and connected mothering journey. The children that are choosing to come to earth during these complex and often challenging times are wise, intelligent, pure beings, and as their mothers-to-be we should purify our minds, bodies, and souls so that we can hold their highest light throughout gestation, birth, and childhood.
