Natural processes like pregnancy and birth are dependent upon a woman’s ability to trust in her inner knowing. This wisdom leads women to support and trust the process, rather than work against it. In this way, nature is allowed to take its course. The GentleBirth preparation programme is about removing the fear surrounding birth and replacing it with confidence. You will learn to control what is controllable, to build emotional resilience to deal consciously with the process and to choose the best possible journey for you. The GentleBirth brings you together as a couple to prepare yourself and your birth partner for a very positive birth. In addition to neuroscience techniques such as Mindfulness, Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Sport Psychology, we also address the physiology of childbirth, measures of physical comfort and all the scientific evidence for a better and updated assistance in childbirth.
